Cancellation Policy


NAME CHANGE/ SUBSTITUTION

All registrations are only valid for the registered person. A registered delegate who is unable to attend the Conference may nominate (free of charge) a substitute delegate by notifying in writing to the Organiser by 15 February 2023 with complete information as required in the online registration form.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation of registration should be communicated in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:

  • All cancellation requests for delegates who have registered for WEF 2023 must be submitted in writing via email to the Organiser at wefmalaysia2023@gmail.com.

  • All cancellation requests will be handled on a discretionary basis.

  • All refunds will be made after the conference.

  • All bank services charges/ convenience fee/ administration fees/ taxes will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.

DISCLAIMER

  • The Organiser reserves the right to change the date(s) or speaker(s), if deem fit, without prior notice.

  • The Organiser further reserves the right to cancel/postpone the event without liability other than return of the registration fee.

  • The Organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event.
